Absolutely! I am always accepting ideas or requests for new designs. I love to hear from customers what you have in mind!
Please be mindful that I receive many requests & I cannot guarantee that a design will be created. It depends on the season, target audience, size restrictions & many other factors.

It depends. Custom feltie designs are reserved for bulk orders (25+ of the same feltie design in a single order). If interested in placing a bulk order for a custom feltie, send us an email at carimichel@reelcutebadges.com with any pictures or examples and we can discuss design, colors & material options.

Yes, all felties can be wiped down. I do not recommend wiping with any chemicals or bleach wipes (as the thread may bleach or discolor).
Also, it is not recommended to place them in the washing machine. (We have had several people accidentally wash them in the washing machine - & we're happy to report that the felties were just fine.)

All felties and reels are placed in a cute sheer bag with a business card and carefully packaged in a 4x7 bubble mailer. Felties are shipped via USPS Ground.
If you would like your order to be shipped with another carrier or faster speed, please reach out BEFORE placing your order and I would be more than happy to issue a quote for shipping with the desired carrier & speed.

Of course! Use code: MORE at checkout to remove shipping costs and I will combine the orders into one package for shipping.
Please be aware that adding felties onto your order can increase processing time & all items will be shipped out when the original order + any added on items are fulfilled.

If all or part of your order is a gift, I would be more than happy to bag felties separately and include more business cards that you can put with the felties/reels. Please include in the special instructions box at checkout which items are gifts & how you would like them separated. If you would like extra business cards to give out or have on hand please let me know and I would love to send you some extra business cards!
